Places to visit near Sandhan Valley Trek

With its pristine beauty and untouched nature, it is no surprise that Sandhan Valley in Maharashtra, located on the western side of the Bhandardara Region, near Samard Village, has become one of the most popular treks in India. The trek starts from Samrad village and takes you through some of the most beautiful scenery in the state, and you’ll have the opportunity to see some amazing wildlife. 

Throughout the year weather is pleasant so you can visit Sandhan Valley and go for trekking at any time of the year but refrain from going in summer. Once you reach Mumbai, you have to take a train to Kasara (or Igatpuri). After getting to Kasara you can hire a shared jeep and reach the Samrad Village. Many jeeps are available for Sandhan Valley from Kasara and Igatpuri.
